The Board of Directors has approved a number of changes concerning the
Barker. In an effort to make sure everyone is aware of the policies and
procedures, they are set forth below. All are in effect at the present time
except the $25 charge for ads that are not prepaid, and this will begin
with the Jan/Feb/Mar 200 issue:
Basic advertising rates are:
Full page color $300
Full page b/w $100
Half page b/w $ 60
1/4 page b/w $ 30
1/6 page b/w or business card $ 20
Spotlight ad $ 20
Front cover $500
Back cover $450
Inside front & back cover $350
An additional $25 will be charged for all ads that are NOT camera ready.
These prices are for prepaid ads. If payment has not bee made by the time
the Barker is mailed, the cost of the ads will be an additional $25.

Billing procedures are:
First notice when Barker is mailed
Second notice 30 days after first notice
Official warning notice 30 days after second notice
Notice that advertiser is not in good standing 30 days after
official warning notice
People with outstanding balances more than 60 days old will not be eligible
to place a new ad until the previous ad has been paid in full.
