Minutes of the Meeting of the CSPCA Board of Directors in Springfield, MO
September 27, 2006
Sitting in for absent Secretary Jo Ann Redditt was former Secretary Susie Lauer.
Board members in attendance were: Karen Kleinhans, President; Alan Klessig, Vice-President; Marilyn Currey, Treasurer; Eastern Director, Mike Lauer; Central Director, Tim Bergeron; Directors At Large, Gail Garrison, Alixe Fix, Marilyn Vinson and Deb Cooper. Absent were Secretary Jo Ann Redditt and Western Director Bob Rosenberger, and At Large Directors Grace Fritz and Debby Smith.
The meeting was called to order at 6:15 CDT by President Karen Kleinhans Gail Garrison made a motion, seconded by Alan Klessig to approve the minutes of the September 2006 meeting. The motion was approved unanimously. President's Report
– Discussion on the upcoming annual meeting: Presidents message, agenda for tonight, guidelines for the annual meeting.Secretary's Report - None given.Treasurer's Report
– A brief discussion regarding the financial report for the annual meeting. The last two years show report is to be given at the annual meeting, also.COMMITTEES
Marilyn Vinson made a motion for the Public Education Committee to print one hundred copies of the longer version of the packet, Marilyn Currey seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously. Alan Klessig made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Deb Cooper. The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 CDT.
