Gail Garrison made a motion, seconded by Marilyn Vinson to approve a policy for
CSPCA members to observe the vote counting process:
"Any candidate or as representative of their choice may observe the vote count
for election, at their own expense, provided that the request is made to the
Board in time to coordinate it with the tellers. If the tellers charge a fee,
the candidate(s) requesting to observe will pay that fee. Any observer to the
vote counting must be a member of the CSPCA. This provision is solely for the
vote counting process and does not include the opening of envelopes or matching
names to the CSPCA members' list."
The motion was approved unanimously.

was adjourned at 8:55 EST.
