Has been completed and submitted to the Board and the Barker.

Public Education Brochures
The brochures, with a few changes previously run past the Board, were approved for dissemination to the Affiliated Clubs.  These brochures cover a variety of issues, and can be copied to include the affiliated club's logo and information.  Sherry will be contacting Cindy O'Hare to see about doing some drawings for the brochures (cute Shar-Pei puppy type things).  Karen asked that Sherry let Cindy know that the club doesn't need the copyright on the artwork, but a contract of permission to use it for the public education brochures.

Barker Bid Committee
Jim Carter reported that he and Marge Calltharp are working on the specifications and a list of printers to send the bid materials to.  The letter should go out to potential bidders the first of the year.

Book of Champions
A brief discussion on this ongoing potential project was held.  Nothing has been priced out, it is in the early formative stages.  Each page would contain a photo of the dog and a 3 generation pedigree, owner/breeder information.  Pat will get with Marge to see about potential printers to get figures from as this project develops.

Gap Nat Seminars
Alan Klessig confirmed that our first booking is Mr. Battaglia's seminar.  Lynn was asked to submit a payment to him of $100.

Website
Discussion was held on some limitations of dv1 as a host; on the use of PayPal on our site; the eventual potential need for a PayPal Administrator to assist Lynn on keeping these types of payments aligned with what they were for, and if we go that way, that person would need to be bonded.

Potential On-Line Magazine
A very rough draft of an idea submitted by Roy Anderson for an online magazine was discussed.  Much more detail is needed before any decisions can be made, but at least some of the questions were defined in the discussion.

Meeting was adjourned.
