In order to be eligible for funding from the CSPCA Rescue Trust, organizations must have their 501 (c)3 designation.

In cases of emergency involving mandatory seizure of multiple pure bred Chinese Shar-Pei, the CSPCA Rescue Trust will provide one time funding assistance to the Humane Society, Animal Control, or local rescue organization taking responsibility for the dogs.  In these cases, the agencies should be told to contact Deb Cooper at dcooper@frontenac.com or   (312)848-5527 directly.
